INDIVIDUAL TECHNIQUES

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy therapy technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Kinetic Swedish Massage
Kinetic Swedish Massage is a table massage performed with oil directly applied to the skin. Its goal is to soften soft tissues (muscles, fascia, tendons, skin) while soothing the nervous system and enhancing fluid and cellular exchanges in areas of congestion. This technique provides deep muscular relaxation and improves range of motion. By working the entire muscle from origin to insertion, it promotes recovery and reduces tension, making it ideal for those seeking both relaxation and improved physical function.

Sound Therapy
Using blessed instruments from Nepal—Singing Bowl and Gong—sound therapy induces deep relaxation and facilitates emotional release. Your body acts as the ignitor, while these sacred instruments harmonize its energy through precise sound frequencies. This experience, blending therapeutic soundscapes with artistic expertise, beautifully complements both physical and energy therapies.
SIGNATURE HOLISTIC RITUALS
The Signature Holistic Rituals are a set of treatments focused on a holistic approach, blending energy, and physical therapies designed for those who seek deep transformation, providing a personalized experience focused on restoring harmony on all levels of being.
Each Ritual has a total duration of 6h. There are four experiences with different benefits and therapeutic effects : Primal Awakening, Radiant Confidence, Breath of Compassion, and Divine Connection.
They each include 3h of one on one with Francis and a 3h full thermal circuit access at Le Spa Sabbya, a bright, peaceful space just a 5-minute walk from Papineau Metro station (1580 rue Ste-Catherine Est, Montréal, Québec, H2L 0J1). All prices include taxes.

Francis St-Germain is a holistic therapist, mystic and music composer. He is trained in kinetic Swedish massage from Institut Kiné-Concept, as well as being certified in multiple advanced naturo-therapy practices from DivineYu Academy. He holds a Master's degree in Contemporary Performance and Composition from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg.
